Fall-Winter 2016-17 Collection

An ode to simplicity, this new wardrobe shares all the qualities of comfort and timelessness: flowy shirt-tunics, straight-cut minis, short sweaters and turtlenecks, pinafore dresses and lightweight blouses.

Betina Lou’s fall cuts aim to create sartorial simplicity, emphasizing linear and minimalist shapes that contour the figure. Red, hazelnut and indigo join the brand’s usual palette of neutral hues this season, complemented by a selection of classic geometrical patterns.

Cotton and Tencel fibers offer a cozy balance between rigidity and softness, and shape and abstraction, creating an easy-to-wear, understated collection.

Betina Lou’s Spring-Summer 2016 Collection

Our current winter weather is rather cozy and that’s good—several pieces from our Spring-Summer 2016 collection are on their way to the stores, while already available on our online store and here at the studio!

Get ready for a roadtrip to the beaches of the Atlantic. The waves and the cliffs, the sunsets and the sea breeze decided this spring’s colour scheme: shades of light blue, stone grey, sand beige and pastel pink will fill your wardrobe this season.

Midi skirts, little knit tops and chambray shorts, crop shirts and bamboo dresses will prove to be as good looking as they are practical and comfortable, following you from April’s cool days to July’s sunny afternoons.

Take a look at the new collection now here : see the Spring-Summer 2016 Collection!

Marmier by Betina Lou

Good news: now you can dress the men in your life in Betina Lou, too! We will be unveiling some of our men’s items at Souk@Sat and Cabinet Éphémère.

The team has dreamed of developing a line for men since the Montreal label’s beginnings in 2009, following requests by male fans of the brand for a men’s version of Betina Lou’s classic allure. The project has finally taken shape with MARMIER, its name inspired by the neighbourhood surrounding our studio.

Follow MARMIER on Facebook and Instagram for news on its development and updates on new arrivals. Don’t forget to sign up for the newsletter on our website—and tell your friends to sign up, too!—to find out about the official launch. MARMIER’s online store will open in Spring 2016. In the meantime, see you at our Thursday open house.
